Customers who want to delete their Zedvance Pro account could contact us via the following ways:

Please confirm that all loans have been settled before the deletion.
Process
You would be required to send the relevant details which includes (Full Legal Name, your BVN and your Zedvance PRO registered phone number) to our customer service mailbox or provide it during a call with our representative.
Your account deletion request would be processed within a month of submitting this request.
A representative would be in touch with you to authenticate your request, please keep your phone connected during the period of submitting application.
We may call you or send OTP for confirming the account details and safety.
Affected Data
Upon deletion the following data would be expunged from our records and you would not have access to our services anymore:
- Biodata including your name, email, bvn, phone number and other personal information
- Login sessions
- Passwords
- PINs
- KYC Documents
- Loan application requests
- Email and SMS communications
- Virtual Accounts
- Virtual account transactions
- Profile pictures
Your Zedvance PRO information will no longer be valid once your account is deleted and you will not be able to access our financial services, so please proceed with CAUTION.
